keeping it real

The greater importance of philosophy, religion and analysis is not for its pursuit of Truth, but for its influence on valuing, and meaningful acting and interacting in our lives.
Many have replaced the creed of “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness” with “… the pursuit of truth”. Finding truths are ok, but the all out pursuit of truth leads one divide existence into Truth and Non-Truth… And creating this unnatural dichotomy. In the end one finds no truth at all.
The philosophies, teachings, religions, and analysis instead form a ground in which our values, virtues and actions grow and form. they are the active Figure formed from the Background.
No more Philosophical posts, more debating religion for me on blogs. Its just too easy for me to get distracted from what is real and important in living.
