If I already Knew
I’d Be missing out
on the Adventure of Learning
The stimulation of mystery

The discovering of what
The tempestuous How
humbling error
Invigorating ‘aha

And when I see you
you’re always changing
the world is evolving
And I’m always engaging
The adventure of learning
while never fully Knowing.

About chris
I write because I'm not good at it. I share because, writing without sharing seems empty. Thus, I write and share what I think is meaningful.

Great contrary lines there. Yes, may the Almighty keep me wondering, consuming and experiencing every moment as if NEW. Let my stored knowledge not keep my life’s DOOR shut.

Thanks Teck and sulochanosho, I think in “learning” than “knowing”.
BTW i am reopening my old domain:
and putting all my old poetry across the web, back together on it.

    awesome poem, Chris… Love it.

I give up on the “knowing” part… learning is more fun and more realistic anyway. =)

    Hi, Chris,

Just got done leaving a comment for you on my blog – thanks for stopping by! – and thought I’d come poke around a bit more.

I really do like this poem – it catches my own sense of excitement as I begin learning so many new things. Keep up the good work – I’ll be reading!

Thanks timethief. Poetry is easy for me post, because it feels safe.

writing the normal echoes-blog post is more challenging: working through grammar difficulties and organizing content elegantly.

posts, like your most recent of a series:
One Cool Site: How to become a better blogger III

    Are a huge help.

    Hello, Chris.

What an echo to [not just] listen to for it worths deep resonating, with all positivities intact within, by all sentient beings!

The adventure of learning is what we, hominids of today millenium, actually got left here when talking about knowing the essence(s) of life at any level of obscurity. Personally, I must say a marvelous quote from Jean de la Buyére has said it all.

    Warmest regards,
    ~dull chimp~
